Waluigi is a returning character from Super Smash Bros Revolution. He is the second fastest character, beaten by sonic and tied with shadow. He has the higher average power and good reach, but is lightweight while still falling quickly. His moveset is slightly updated, but the main difference is that the attacks are switched around.
