The versions of Su-30MK and Su-30MKI were the most commercially successful versions of the Flanker-C, the Su-30 was responsible for introducing the use of datalink in the Russian aircraft. All Su-30's are made in the KnAAPO factory, except the Sukhoi Su-30MK and the Sukhoi Su-30MKI Flanker-H that are fabricated by the Irkutsk factory, that is considered the most advanced of the Sukhoi fighter factories [1. The Su-30 also was the first aircraft to use the data-link system.
