Hubert M Morgan-Browne (c.1867-22 August 1953) was a barrister. He was a member of the London School Board representing the Westminster Division from 1897-1900. He was the author of Sporting and Athletic Records, published in 1897 by Methuen. It was claimed to be the first attempt to set down all important sporting records in a single publication.
