Portland Medical Center is a clinic in Hurket-on-Kings, Portland. The clinic was opened in 2014, to provide healthcare services to the citizens of Portland, where there were previously no hospitals or clinics. The hospital is owned and operated by the Kings Healthcare Service. Facilities at the hospital include an Accident and Emergency facility, outpatient dental and optical facilities, as well as an on-site pharmacy. Patients in requirement of specialist treatment or in-patient care are usually referred to Newhaven General Hospital.
