Margaret Ashley appeared in Coronation Street in January 1988 as Mrs Kenworthy. This was one of her first television roles after studying acting for three years at the Manchester Metropolitan University School of Theatre. Other roles include appearances in The Bill, London’s Burning, Children’s Ward, Like Father Like Son, Get Me to the Crematorium on Time and many student films and commercials.
