The Enzyme Elements are items recieved by refining Hydrolase Enzymes with an Enzyme Centrifuge. You will get 2 Enzyme Elements each process. The Enzyme Elements will come in Letters from A-E, which then means Enzyme Element- A, B, C, D and E. Those elements may then be used to create an Processed Enzyme Element(Stage 2 in the Refining Process). Which may then be used Reprocessed Hydrolase Enzyme. To make one of them, you'll require 5x Processed Enzyme Element A, B, C, D and E and 1x Enzyme Re-processor Capsule to recieve the Reprocessed Hydrolase Enzyme.
