Sophia Ketchum is the daughter of the rookie Trainer Ash Ketchum and Ceruleon City Gym Leader Misty. She herself decided to follow her parents footsteps as a Pokémon Trainer but unlike her father she will not release her Pokémon, she will evolve her Pokémon and she will try to cath legendaries. She is strong spirited like her father(Ash) and gleeful like her mother (Misty). She was the first person to challege the Masked Man.
