Tundan or Toongese was the native language of the Toong species from Tund. It was also spoken by the Sorcerers of Tund. Toongs were known to stutter nervously when forced to speak with beings they did not know. Most Toongs were fluent in both Toongese and Basic, although they were only literate in their own language. Sorcerers of Tund, such as Rokur Gepta, were usually fluent and literate in Tundan. Darth Traya was another notable person who was familiar with this language.
