Ivel Toshan was a general who served the Galactic Empire during the Galactic Civil War. In 0 ABY, Toshan traveled to Anukara for a ribbon cutting ceremony to open a munitions factory, hosted by Moff Rys Deksha. Two members of a Partisan cell called the Dreamers, Sadori Vushan and Seyn Marana, who was actually an Imperial spy of Inferno Squad, undertook a mission to destroy the factory. In the ensuing explosion, Toshan and Deksha were among the dead.
