Nikko Halloran is a young hacker from Robocop 3. She lived with her parents, David Halloran and Keiko Halloran, in Detroit City until OCP evicted them to make way for a new development. During this eviction she becomes separated from her parents and is taken under the wing of resistance fighters. She quickly gains their respect after a raid on the police armory Ordnance Depot 7. During this raid she demonstrates her technical skills by hacking into an ED-209 and commanding it to fire on Detroit police officers so that the rebels may make a getaway.
