Jonathan Chow was a defense contractor responsible for creating a high-tech naval radar that the Navy hoped to use in their ships but after discovering a series of flaws, Chow stole the radar a few times, hoping it could be kept quiet due to the fact that if the Navy discovered the truth, Chow would lose his contract. Despite his best efforts, Chow was eventually exposed, arrested and jailed.
