The Bombardment of Tatooine was a minor operation executed by Darth Malign and Fleet Admiral Drayson Honos in 13 ABY. Task Force Hammer, hunting down the Jedi Ezkhil, tracked him down to Tatooine. After initial attempts at smoking the Jedi out failed, the Imperials resorted to orbitally bombarding the world. A significant portion of Mos Eisley was destroyed in the attack, the extent of which can still be seen today in the city. After failing to capture Ezkhil, the Imperials tracked the Jedi down to Caspar, beginning the Caspian Jedi Hunt.
