Pharixas is a disputed island stronghold in the Meneanor Sea. It was long used as a pirate stronghold by King Hringa Rauschang of Thunyerus, but in 4110 was stormed by several thousand Tydonni rendering service as mercenaries to Nrezza Barisullas in lieu of payment for a number of ships they'd contracted and defaulted on. Thousands of innocents perished in the raid.
