Lucinda Raispher was a former Varrockian that married into the Fitzharmon family in the Fourth Age. Originally she came from the Raispher family, an old bloodline in Varrock, formerly called Avarrocka. Her descendant Aeonisig Raispher still lives in the city today, serving as a royal advisor. Rhee is referenced by name only in the Defender of Varrock quest.
