Zhel Arin was a T'Vaoan Pirate and Mercenary. He was the Captain of the Raider the Thieving Bastard. He often worked as a hired gun with his crew for the Covenant, including during the Fall of Reach. he fled with the grunt deserter Balah during the battle when most of his Sangheili commanders were killed in viscous fighting with the UNSC. He then moved his focus to pirating and looting the military arms left over from the war, selling them to the highest bidder, typically the Insurrectionist haven Venezia.
