Han Karagin was a Human male politician and administrator, serving as the second Prime Minister of the Galactic Federation Triumvirate from 141 ABY to 144 ABY. He was noted to be a competent administrator by the Triumvirs, and implemented a number of reforms in the Triumvirate government. His successor, Rayce Hotzendorf, ended up messing up a lot of what Karagin accomplished.
