The Life Science Center was a facility on the planet Mariposa, which comprised of a hospital, medical research laboratories, and until 2365, the equipment used for the cloning of the Mariposan population. The abandoned cloning labs were later used by Doctor Sandra Vallis for her work with the rop'ngor virus, and was the origin point of an outbreak of a deadly mutated pathogen in 2376.
