Ruglat was a surly male weasel in the crew of Vizka Longtooth. He wore a a turban, and was assigned to guard the captured Orkwil Prink, Rangval the Rogue, and Mad Maudie along with Saltear and Undril. After the trio managed to free themselves, Orkwil tripped Ruglat, causing him to fall onto his own spearpoint and die.
