As the name suggests, is the chilly island with a large active volcano. The chill part contains waterfall, brambles and glacier; the char part contains jungle and launch garage in volcano top. This island was one of Kremling Krew's headquarters which King K. Rool kept the spaceship King Kruiser IV.
