Grand Duke Pavlov Mikhailovitch Dmitrov of Alaska (1870 - October 17, 1926) was an Alaskan nobleman and younger brother of Tsar Nicholas II of Alaska and son of Tsar Michael II of Alaska, best known for being Chancellor of Alaska from 1910-1917 and for serving as Grand Marshal of Alaska during the early stages of the Pacific War. He was killed on October 17, 1926 when a ship transporting him to survey a battlefield was sunk by Japanese submarines in the north Pacific. The Grand Duke was buried in absentia at the Virgin Mary Cathedral in Aleksandrgrad catacombs.
