This apartment belonging to Genevieve Holt. In 2000, Rupert Giles, Xander Harris and Anya Jenkins consulted her here for information regarding the Lowell's residence, which was haunted by poltergeists. It was presumably destroyed along with the rest of Sunnydale in 2003.
