Deletions resulting from the request of an item's sole contributor are considered self deletions. All other deletions, for any reason, are considered administrative deletions. Administrative deletion of clear cases of spam and vandalism, in particular, is encouraged. You may administratively delete any item at your discretion, unless it has been undeleted before.
