Vexica travels back to the year 2007 to change history. The SPD Rangers follow her and meet the Galactic Force Rangers. However, a conflict arises between Cruger and younger rangers Jocelyn and Kayla due to the fact they haven't had any experience being rangers like their older teammates and insists that the two remain in the Delta Base to avoid problems with the timeline, but Kayla convinces Jocelyn to disobey Cruger because he wasn't their boss and that this was their timeline and they battle monsters and not him and SPD and join their friends and SPD rivals in battle. Unfortunately, Vexica and her troops retreat, causing Cruger to lash out at the Jocelyn and Kayla. Jon comes to his sister's defense, but Anna was too afraid of Cruger's growl to defend her cousin, causing Kayla to retalia
