Dedicate Staghorn was a Water Dedicate at Winding Circle Temple. There, she was one of the dedicates in charge of the girl's dormitories. When Trisana Chandler first arrived at the temple the dedicate tried to convince her to interact with the other girls instead of reading all the time, but without success. Dedicate Staghorn only makes a minor appearance in Sandry's Book.
