Mark DeCarlo (born June 23, 1962) is an American actor, television host, comedian, and travel & foodie expert. Mark won his first Emmy Award in 2011 as Comedy Contributor for the ABC's morning show "Windy City Live". The show also premiered in May 2011 in Oprah Winfrey's historic time slot. He guest starred as Hugh Neutron.
