This is considered a ray attack and requires a ranged touch attack to strike. A target that fails its Fortitude save is considered exhausted for the spell's duration. A target that successfully saves instead suffers the effects of fatigue. Unlike normal exhaustion or fatigue, once the spell's duration expires, the subject is restored to full vigor. This effect does not stack with any other source of fatigue or exhaustion.
