Galactic Passports were registered with the Imperial Space Ministry, by order of Galactic Emperor Palpatine. Issued some time during the reign of the Galactic Empire, these passports allowed the bearer unrestricted passage throughout the galaxy. The passports included information about the bearer's identity, including birth date, place of birth, species, and gender. The passport was written in Galactic Basic Standard, using both Aurebesh and the High Galactic alphabet.
