Maximillion J. Pegasus had one such arena in his castle. It was set up on ground level, but could be elevated to the height of the next floor, where Duels could be observed from balconies. This was used on ground level for the Duelist Kingdom semifinals and elevated for Pegasus' Duels with Seto Kaiba and Yugi Mutou.
