Harōgakure Naval Academy (波浪が暮れ兵学校, Harōgakure Heigakkō) is the special Ninja Academy located within Harōgakure where Shinobi are trained not only to become Ninja, but also how to serve on Ships of the fleet which defends the village. Naoto was recruited to teach a special class in the usage of the Lightning Release, and as a result of how difficult the class is, not many pass his regiment.
