Cissaca was a representative of the Gamman race that developed on Onyius II. He was created sometime in the 2260s when Captain James T. Kirk of the USS Enterprise merged the samples of the Alphan and Omegan races to create the Gammans. After the sampels were merged together, Cissaca was created as a projection who was a synthesis of Azrah and Vizznr. Once he was created through the machine that blended the two races together, Cissaca explained to Kirk and his comrades about the history of the three races. In addition, he explained how the situation was a test that the Starfleet crew had passed and that it impressed the Brassica. (TOS video game: Judgment Rites)
