During Day 2, the rogue Coral Snake commando Jonathan Wallace called Jack Bauer and asked to meet him at a warehouse in Studio City to exchange Kate Warner for evidence to prove that the Cyprus recording was a fake. As they were about to leave, Peter Kingsley's men shot at them, fatally injuring Wallace.
