Larin Nelios was a male Ardanan in the 24th century who, as of 2377 served as High Advisor to the Planetary Council of Ardana. As the executive leader of the planetary government, Nelois solicited the help of Starfleet and the Starfleet Corps of Engineers to prevent the descent and destruction of the Cloud City of Stratos in 2377.
