LARX-3 is a chemically brainwashed super-soldier sent by Eric Byer to kill Aaron Cross and Marta Shearing in Manila. After a big skirmish in Manila, which convoluted into a motorcycle chase, he was ultimately killed when Marta kicked him off his motorcycle into a concrete pillar.
