George "Boss" Dyke was a mobster of Gotham. Dyke was sentenced to death by gas chamber and was executed inside the Gotham State prison. Knowing that he would die, Dyke ordered some of his men to retrieve his corpse and present his dead body to the hated surgeon; Doctor Willard. Performing dangerous surgery, Willard managed to transplant George’s brain into the body of a large gorilla, reviving Dyke. He's know a gorilla with a human brain. Because of this he know has great physical strength and endurance, though at a price. Dyke can no longer talk human language and is force to communicate with his men by pen and paper.
