Phantasy Star Adventure (ファンタシースターアドベンチャー) is a puzzle adventure game released for Game Gear in 1992 only in Japan. It is also included as a secret game in Sega Ages 2500 Vol. 32: Phantasy Star Complete Collection, which was released for PlayStation 2 on March 27, 2008 and later for PlayStation Network on December 19, 2012.
