WorkingOnMax is a small to med - known YouTuber, with similar content to Alkan, Number1boss. His appearance was first recognized with the "Road To Range Tank" series, but was making Runescape 3 videos before that, which were community-based. His name is Tim, not Max, as many believed, until he stated that was wrong in his fourteenth video. WorkingOnMax has also been spotted at Runefest 2013, and was invited to test out Legacy combat in may 2014.
