Zachary is a member of the Galaxy Rangers, an Earth-based interstellar law enforcement organization. Zachary Foxx is the leader of the Galaxy Rangers. Although the group often seems not to heed his words or wisdom, they are a military unit and he is the highest ranking officer among them, although Niko and Doc are not considered military. Foxx was voiced by veteran actor Jerry Orbach.
