Black Doom is a fictional character in the Sonic the Hedgehog series and the main antagonist of Shadow the Hedgehog, created by Sega Studios USA. Black Doom is the leader of the Black Arms. Depending on which path the player chooses (Hero or Dark), Black Doom will either be an ally or a foe of Shadow the Hedgehog. Played in the Hero mode, he is likely meant to serve as Shadow's archnemesis, similar to what Dr. Eggman is for Sonic.
