Nicomedia: The Rise of an Empire 2049-2065 is a Lovian alternative history fiction novel by Percival E. Galahad. It narrates the first phase (2049-2065) in the history of the Empire of Nicomedia, and is the first novel of the Nicomedia series. The Rise of an Empire was published in 2001.
