Mind-voice was the term Sphinxian treecats used to describe their means of telepathic communication. It was distinct from the mind-glow, which described the emotional aura. The term mind-voice, like the term mind-glow, was created during the early days of the developement of treecat sign language to try and explain basic treecat concepts to the mind-blind humans. This task was made easier by the fact that treecats who had bonded to humans were more aware as to the power and limitations of human mental processes.
