Invincible is the special job ability available to Paladins in Final Fantasy XI. As with all special job ability, it is available at level 1. The ability, when used, will make the Paladin completely immune to all physical attacks for the next 30 seconds. The Paladin can still be damaged by magical attacks or degenerative damage over time effects like poison. This ability also creates a massive, nearly unequalable, amount of enmity, all but ensuring the Paladin will gain the attention of the enemy and absorb its futile attacks.
