Jacqueline Jones played Philippa Scopes, the fiancée of Billy Walker, on Coronation Street in May 1962. Her other credits include The Avengers and The Bill. Born in London, she joined a music and dancing school at ten and five years later was a fully-fledged professional dancer. Her big chance was as a dancer with a revue touring Italy.
