When activated, it gives the player a 15% chance to double the divine energy received when gathering memories (this applies even if a memory is not obtained). The scrimshaw will last for three hours of activated use before degrading to dust. The scrimshaw will work on all normal divination wisps/springs, including elder, negative, positive, and ancestral wisps and springs.
