OSP investigate when both an employee with the Department of Defense and a plastic surgeon are both murdered with the team soon discovering that members of a terrorist have had their faces surgically altered as they prepare for an impending terrorist attack, forcing the team into a race against time to find the members of the terrorist cell and stop the attack from going ahead.
