There are only two men who we know of having held this rank among the Seanchan. * Kennar Miraj- He was the military commander in charge of the soldiers in the Corenne before his death on the battlefield in Illian. He was killed by Rand al'Thor's reckless use of Callandor. * Lunal Galgan- Is the current commander of the forces of the Seanchan, having arrived with the Hailene.
