Dr. Mean was a fictional character created by Crewman James Anderson for Elizabeth Cutler's RPG game in 2151. Dr. Mean was created to replace the deceased character of Mr. Doom. Dr. Mean fell to his death off a Martian sky bridge. Anderson started out with a third character and named him Horseman. (ENT novel: By the Book)
