Broadside Outcasts were a punk band formed in 1978.The band was formed by Dave Smith (ex The Toads / Misty Web), Neil Currier (ex Misty Web), Steve Fowler (ex The Turkey Molesters / Rasputin and His Mad Monks) and Polo (ex The Toads). The band played a few gigs around Norwich, at least one with an added saxophonist. In 1979 the band changed their name to Silent Noise.
