Like the technique that is derived from, it allows the user to transform themselves into something or someone else for the purpose of hiding or spying. By controlling the flow and picturing the person they want, the user can effortlessly transform the opponent. This makes the technique good for distracting large groups of opponents by turning them into different people, creating havoc.
