Mappers in the Wild VIII (a.k.a. MITW VIII, Mappers in the Wild 8 (MITW8)) was the eighth map game in the Mappers in the Wild series. It started (and ended) while Mappers in the Wild VII was still active. The game used the map of the Planet Neterra from the Trapped in Neterra series. The game was unusual in that it was the first MITW game (apart from MITW 1) to have a non-traditional title other than 'Hey', and that it was outlived by its predecessor.
