Cesar Pelli (Tucuman, 12 October 1926) is a Argentine architect. He emigrated to the United States in 1952 and became a u.s. citizen in 1964 . Pelli designed the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 415,8 m high, the Two International Finance Centre in Hong Kong, the 777 Tower in Los Angeles and One Canada Square in London was designed by him. In the Hague is the Zurich Tower by his hand.
